Your notes stay on your device. Period.

We built Notezy with one simple principle: your privacy matters. All your notes are stored locally on your phone and never uploaded anywhere. Think of it like a digital notebook that only you can read.

👶 Age Requirements

Must be 13 or older to use this app.

We don't collect data from children under 13. If you're a parent and think your child used this app, contact us and we'll help remove any data.

❌ What We DON'T Collect

We want to be crystal clear about what we never access:

• ✖️ Your note content
• ✖️ Personal information (name, email, phone)
• ✖️ Location data
• ✖️ Photos or other files
• ✖️ How you use the app
• ✖️ When you use the app

Bottom line: We can't read your notes because they never leave your phone.

💾 How Your Notes Are Stored

• Stored in your phone's private app storage
• Protected by Android's security system
• Other apps can't access your notes
• When you delete the app, all notes are deleted too

No cloud backup = Maximum privacy

📚 Third-Party Libraries

Notezy uses the open-source Compose Rich Editor library developed by Mohamed Rejeb to support rich text formatting features like bold, headings, and underline etc.

This library is licensed under the Apache-2.0 License.

It does not collect, track, or transmit any user data.

It runs fully within the app and has no internet or analytics integration.

We ensure that even external open-source tools we use follow strict privacy standards and do not compromise your data.

📢 Why We Show Ads

Notezy is completely free and works 100% offline. To support development and keep it free for all users, we show limited ads:

• 🎁 Rewarded Ads: Optional ads that allow users to unlock premium fonts. This feature is never forced and only appears when the user chooses to unlock a font.
• 📶 Banner Ads: A small banner may appear at the bottom of the screen. These ads require internet access but do not affect your notes or app performance.

📢 About Ads (Google AdMob)

Google handles the ads, not us.

Google may collect some basic info for ads:

• Device type and Android version
• General location (country level only)
• Which ads you see or click
• Your advertising ID

Important: This data goes to Google, not us. We can't see it.

We do not use Google Analytics or any other analytics tool that tracks your app usage.

Control your ads:

• Go to Settings → Privacy → Ads
• Reset your advertising ID
• Turn off personalized ads

For European users (GDPR): We do not use cookies or collect any personal identifiers directly. However, Google AdMob may ask for your consent to serve personalized ads based on limited device data. You can manage this consent through Google's consent form and device settings.
